Drivers of University-owned vehicles are expected to obey all traffic regulations and drive safely. Moving violations may result in the suspension or termination of the privilege of using these vehicles. Safety belts should be worn at all times by drivers and passengers. Any accident involving a University-owned vehicle must be reported immediately to the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction so that a police report can be made. The driver must submit a copy of this report and a written statement of the circumstances to the Vice President for Business Affairs promptly.
